For sure! The Clean Crew is committed to providing a client focused service. Maybe there is something on our checklist that you don't want done or don't mind doing yourself; or maybe there is a unique feature about your house that requires specific attention. Whatever the case may be, we are open to customizing your cleaning to your meet your needs and wants. Please discuss this with us during your in-home consultation.

In order to provide you with an accurate and personalized estimate we would be happy to give you a free in-home consultation. To give you a general idea though- based on a 1500-2000 sq ft house with 3 bedrooms, a routine weekly or bi-weekly cleaning would be between $110-$150, depending on a number of factors we would be able to determine during our in-home consultation.

In order to benefit fully from our cleaning services, we recommend that you try and declutter your floors and surfaces of things like toys, clothes and other items before we arrive. That way we can access and clean all of your surfaces and floors thoroughly and efficiently.

Our preferred method of payment: e-transfer and credit card (includes additional processing fees)

You have two options - you can either make sure someone is available to allow us access to you house upon arrival; or you can give The Clean Crew a key to your house. All keys are coded, so they do NOT have your name or your address ever on them. When not in use, they are kept in a secure key safe, only accessible by The Clean Crew Management. If you opt to have someone allow us access to your house, please note that we cannot guarantee a specific time of arrival. We are only able to give an estimated 2-3 hour time frame for arrival.

We generally work in teams of 2-3 crew members. A Supervisor may also check in with your home, to ensure the highest level of cleaning standards are always met.

We ask that you give us at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or change your cleaning, so that we have time to reschedule your Clean Crew members.

We will contact you prior to your cleaning to re-schedule your cleaning on a day that is convenient for you.

Absolutely! We are bonded and insured, including fully WSIB certified (workers compensation). So you can rest assured that we are completely responsible for anything that happens in your home.

We have a 24 Hour 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not 100% completely satisfied with our service, simply give us a call within 24 hours of your cleaning, and we will come back to make it right! While we strive for perfection every time, sometimes mistakes can happen. But when something does get missed, or is not cleaned to your satisfaction, we promise to come back and address it promptly and according to your convenience.
