Founded in 2017 by mother–daughter team Cindy MacDougall and Melissa Michaud, The Clean Crew began as a simple idea: create beautifully clean homes using non-toxic products that are gentle on allergies and safe for kids and pets, so families can enjoy more of life. What started with a passion for cleanliness and Melissa’s background in home renovation has grown into a trusted, woman-owned local company serving Guelph, Fergus, and the surrounding communities.
In 2024, husband-and-wife team Andrea and Enrique Monterrosa, after working with Cindy for several years, proudly stepped in to continue The Clean Crew legacy by combining their business, Monterrosa Cleaning and Organizing Inc., with The Clean Crew. With many years of hands-on experience in residential, Airbnb, move-in/move-out, post-construction, commercial, detailed deep cleans, and organizing, they bring both professional expertise and a genuine love of serving people.
